Seperti GL MAX milik Blag RPM speed ini.urusan korekan mesin ditangani langsung olek Koh Ayung dan Hariyadi yang mengawal Yayan Kalap Sang Joki.tiger1

Sebagai gacoan mereka memilih basis GL MAX Neo Tech.Langkah awal kapasitas mesin dinaikkan lewat pemakaian piston Mega Pro(63,5mm)yang naik turun di blog silinder Tiger.Disokong Askruk Tiger standar tanpa naik stroke.

Perangkat silinder kop digantikan milik Mega Pro dijejali dengan noken as Tiger.Desain noken as diatur ulang,untuk mengejar lifter katup 8,5mm(in-ex),hasil pemangkasan timing bebas ramp area 2,7mm.

Pada sektor nose dipahat lancip,untuk mendapatkan bukaan katup tak terlalu lama.Angka durasi terhitung 290 derajat(in) dan 270 derajat(ex).Sedang buka tutup katup distabilkan pegas katup Mega Pro Yang diganjal ring kuningan 2,5mm untuk meningkatkan kekenyalanya.

Di Postingan awal tahun ini saya akan membuka posting Motor Drag yang Bisa dibilang mempunyai prestasi yang cukup bagus di ajang Drag Bike.Untuk yang pertama ini saya akan mengulas CB lansiran 1976.Team yang mempunyai nama Panca Karya ini Selalu tampil mencolok Ditiap event Drag Bike.CB lansiran 1976 ini mampu menembus babak kualifikasi.Apa sih keunggulan dibalik mesin korekan Fangyu Wijaya yang biasa akrab disapa Cimenk?

Untuk kapasitas mesin tuner mengikuti aturan regulasi kelas yaitu 250cc.Hasilnya pemakaian piston Tiger lengkap dengan silinder 1 set seharga Rp.1,2 juta menjadi andalanya.As Kruk juga dikanibal dari Honda Tiger.

Secara dimensi ruang Crank Case masih mumpuni dijejali as kruk Tiger.untuk mengejar kapasitas mesin 250cc,posisi Big End digeser 7mm dan total Stroke menjadi 69,5mm.Untuk menjaga kapasitas ruang bakar yang proposional Blok Silinder tak disentuh pisau korekan.

Silinder cop diaplikasi dari Tiger yang memiliki diameter kepala katup lebih besar.Faktor ini sangat menguntungkan karena noken as jadi mudah dimodif,sebab memiliki tipikal lebih gemuk.

Pada bagian ini,Cimenk hanya memangkas bagian pantat dan pinggiran noken 1,5mm.Dilanjutkan dengan penyempurnaan kelancaran gas buang,lewat mengikis liang exhaust 2mm.

Untuk lubang buang CB lansiran 1976 ini memakai leher knalpot Tiger yang dipasangkan dengan sarangan berdiameter 36mm.Namun di sektor ini kentara banget kalau fangyu mengkhawatirkan penimbunan tenaga yang berdampak pada lonjakan torsi mesin dan membuat akselerasi motor jadi berat.

Akhirnya Cimenk mengakali dengan gas buang tanpa menggunakan sekat gas wool,namun sekat dari lubang aja untuk memaksimalkan sisa pembakaran.

Nah sekarang urusan tenaga..,untuk urusan tenaga mesin CB ini memakai gigi ratio Honda CB K 2 standart berikut karbu keihin PWK 38.Main jet dipasang 122 sedang pilot 45 yang intinya mampu mengurai power mesin yang liar menjadi minim.Api busi kian besar setelah perangkat pengapian dipasang CDI BRT Master Chip.

Sensor Kinetik didapat dari pickup magnet rotor yang juga dimanfaatkan untuk mendongkrak nilai torsi mesin pada external power.Alhasil pulser CB dimodif sebagai pengolah kelistrikan agar lebih stabil dan spontan mengirim sinyal ke CDI.
